During the current situation we are all in we must adhere to the government guidelines set for covid 19.
 

Due to social distancing rules we can not hire to anyone who will be inviting friends around to play on our equipment. As it's impossible to social distance on play equipment our equipment is for your household / bubble use only.
 

We reserve the right to turn down the hire if it's clear there is a party taking place. 
 

These rules are for your safety and ours. We must have no contact during our time at your property so we ask if you all remain indoors on set up and on collection. Cleaning will take place while we are there so please allow us extra time setting up and clearing away. 
 

We will contact you the day before your hire to ask if your showing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive in the last 14 days. You must cancel or re arrange if you answer yes to any of our questions. 
 

Our soft play is normally indoor hire only however due to the situation of venues being closed we can hire some of our soft play in your garden. This is strictly weather depending, the ground must be dry and no rain forecast. We ask that you cut your lawn 4 days prior to your hire, loose grass cuttings causes stains and damage to our equipment. Your lawn must be clean and free of dog / cat faeces. 
 

Unfortunately we can not include ball pools at the moment. We have been given the go ahead to hire the soft play in your home by public health if the weather turns wet, this room must be big enough for the equipment to fit, we will need everyone to vacate the room while we are there, we will be in full PPE if we have to set up indoors. 
 

Please contact us before hiring soft play for garden hire with a photo of your garden. Due to the materials getting hot when in direct sun light it must be set up in a shaded area, if you don't have a shaded area you must have a gazebo set up for us arriving. 
 

Our inflatables can be set up in your garden, excluding our inflatable play parks/ ball pools. Any equipment hired for outdoor use must be in a secure private garden and NOT an open public area.Your garden must be fenced off with gated access.
